Refund and cancellation policy

In short: we refund work that is still in our hands, and we cannot refund work that has already passed to you. Below is exactly which is which.

  • 14 days
  • Undelivered work
  • No labour deducted
  • No reason needed
  • Refunded the same way
Principle

We refund what we can take back

Refunds in software do not work the way they do for physical goods. You can put a box back in the post. But once the source code, the files and the passwords have been handed to you, we cannot take them back — the work is yours, it can be copied, and it keeps running.

So the line is drawn clearly: work that has not yet passed to you, is still under our control and can be withdrawn by us is refundable within 14 days. Work that has already passed to you is not.

We write this down before the job starts so it never turns into an argument afterwards. If you are unsure which side a piece of work falls on, ask before you order — you will get a straight answer.

Scope 14 days

What is refundable, and what is not

The clock starts on the day the payment reaches us.

SituationRefund
Work not started yetYes. Full amount back.
Work in progress, not yet deliveredYes. Within 14 days.
A site on our account that has not gone liveYes. We take it down and refund.
Design and model files not yet handed overYes. As long as they have not reached you.
Source code, files and passwords already transferredNo. The work is yours; it cannot be taken back.
Automation or software delivered and runningNo. It keeps running on your side; we cannot switch it off.
A 3D part already on the printer but not yet deliveredPartly. Only the material and machine time are deducted.
A 3D part already printed and deliveredNo. It has physically been made.
Domain, hosting or a licence bought in your nameNo. Once bought, that money is with the provider, not us.
Work in progress

What if the work has started but is not finished?

If work has started but nothing has been delivered to you, we refund the full amount within 14 days — we do not deduct the hours already put in. You have no way of verifying how long we worked, and deducting a figure you cannot verify is not right.

There are two exceptions, both money already spent that does not come back: the material and machine time for a part that has already gone on the printer, and third-party costs such as a domain, licence or hosting bought in your name. That money never stays with us.

Because we stop work the same day we hear from you, this amount never grows large.

How

How a refund works

You do not have to give a reason. Call or write, and we stop work the same day we hear from you.

  • Tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email
  • Work stops the day we receive the request; nothing further is done after that point
  • The money goes back the way it came: bank transfer or cash
  • We do not sit on refunds; how long the transfer takes to land is up to the bank
FAQ 4 questions

Common questions about refunds

When do the 14 days start?
On the day the payment reaches us. Where payment is staged, each stage is counted from its own date.
Can I get a refund if I do not like the result?
Revisions and refunds are separate things. The revisions you are entitled to are written into the quote, and most concerns are resolved there. If you still want to stop and the work has not been delivered to you, the 14-day scope above applies.
Why is delivered code not refundable?
Because we cannot take it back. Once the source code and passwords are in your name the software keeps running for you, it can be copied, and we cannot stop that use. Refunding delivered work would mean giving it away for free.
Is the deposit refundable?
Per the table above. If the work has not been delivered to you, yes. If it has, no.
Legal note

What this document does not change

We set the 14-day window to match the statutory withdrawal period under Turkish consumer law, so a business client and an individual client get exactly the same window. Nobody is given a narrower right here.

Where the buyer is a consumer — a natural person acting outside any trade or profession — the rights granted by Turkish consumer legislation (Law No. 6502 and its regulations) continue to apply in full, and nothing here limits them.

Where a quote states terms that differ from this page, the terms in that quote apply.
