Scope

What "ready to sell" actually means

The real work in an online store isn't the shop window — it's behind it. When a customer pays by card, the money has to land in your account, the order has to reach the courier, the invoice has to be issued and the stock has to go down. We build and test that whole chain before handover.

If your catalogue and workflow are straightforward, WooCommerce is quick to set up, cheap to run and easy to manage. If you have your own rules — dealer pricing, made-to-measure, subscriptions, mixed baskets — a custom build usually makes more sense. We work out which on the call.

  • Products, categories, variants (colour/size) and stock
  • Payment gateway integration (Stripe, iyzico, PayTR, bank gateways)
  • Instalments and bank-transfer options
  • Shipping integration with tracking numbers sent automatically
  • E-invoicing / e-archive connection
  • Coupons, discounts and campaigns
  • Abandoned cart reminders
  • Structure for distance selling, returns and privacy notices
  • Google Merchant and Meta catalogue feeds

Getting your products found

Most e-commerce traffic comes from search, so we plan for it while building the store:

  • A distinct title and description for every product and category
  • Product structured data — price, availability and ratings can appear in search results
  • Duplicate and broken URLs consolidated with canonical tags
  • Correct robots rules so filtered pages don't flood the crawler
  • Fast product pages through image compression and lazy loading
  • Google Merchant Center feed for free product listings
FAQ 5 questions

E-commerce questions

Do you apply for the payment gateway?
The application has to come from you as the business owner — providers need your company details. We explain which option suits you on fees and lead time, guide you through the steps, and handle the integration once you're approved.
Can I sell as a sole trader?
Yes. Payment gateways and e-invoicing work with sole traders too. We leave the structure in place for the legal pages (terms, returns, privacy notice); the wording itself is best confirmed with your accountant or lawyer.
Can it connect to marketplaces?
Yes. We connect through integration services or directly via API so stock and orders stay in one place. Tell us which marketplaces you sell on and we'll include it in the quote.
How many products can it handle?
From ten to tens of thousands. As the catalogue grows we build search, filtering and bulk editing to match, and can add spreadsheet-based bulk uploads.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes — products, categories, customer accounts and order history. We also redirect old URLs to the new ones so you don't lose the search rankings you already have.
