Isn't off-the-shelf software cheaper?
At first glance. But you usually pay a monthly licence, extra per user, and spend effort
bending your process to fit. With custom software you pay a one-off build cost and own the
result. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense — if an existing product covers it, we'll
say so.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Spreadsheets, exports from another package, or a database — whatever the format. We run a
sample migration for you to check before going ahead.
Does it work without internet?
Depends on the need. A browser-based dashboard works anywhere but needs a connection. If it
has to keep running inside the office, we do a local install or a desktop app that works
offline and syncs later.
Can it talk to our accounting software?
If that software has an API or an export format, yes. Tell us which one you use and we'll
check.
How many people can use it?
No limit, and no per-user fee. The software is yours, so you create as many accounts as you
need.
